How it works
1. Create an iNgwee account
It only takes a few minutes to register an account for your school that you need to accept payments online. You will be required to pay subscription fee to activate your account.
2. Get a unique address
Upon activation, your iNgwee account will be assigned a unique web address such as
www.ingwee.com/schoolName. This page will have everything your client will need to effect an online payment to your account.
3. Customers pay online
Now your clients can browse to your secure iNgwee address from any computer, tablet or Smartphone and make a VISA payment to you from the comfort of their home or office.
4. Email receipts generated
Immediately a transaction is verified and confirmed, an email receipt, with your branding, is sent to the customer and your finance department is also notified to update the customer's records.
5. Monitor sales in real-time
Your finance department has access to real-time records and reports of online sales to be able to review and verify transactions. These can be printed or exported into serveral several .
6. Funds received into your account
When a transaction takes place, the customers bank account is debited and yours is credited with the amounts selected by VISA. The funds will clear into your account within 7 days of a transaction.
